You will receive your order anywhere from 7-15 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

Express shipping takes about 5 days within EU for the in stock products.

We offer free international shipping (within EU) for orders over €100.

We offer Returns for some products under several conditions. To be eligible for a refund please contact us via the contact form on our contact page.

In case of a return we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Apart from that, in case of return, customers pay the return shipping costs.
